In her current position, Simcha re-invented and implemented new recruitment, staffing, and employee development programs to meet the professional needs of a diverse staff. She introduced proactive employee relations and communications programs to resolve previous staff and senior management issues, restoring credibility and employee-centric focus of the organization.
While working in high-tech Simcha supervised a diverse and decentralized team of designers, content writers, and programmers, to the successful completion of new GDPR cyber-security training, completed by 100,000+ employees.
