Simcha specializes in social media during live events and at NGOs and Universities. Her social media photography allows professional photos to be shot and posted within minutes, keeping online communities in on the action.
Writing
Simcha's passion and background lie in writing user-centric content that inspires and educates. Simcha writes professionally for digital and print platforms and has produced and placed hundreds of articles during her career.
Simcha was selected as the winner for the Cornell playwriting contest, for her entry "herstory". The play was produced and performed for multiple sold-out audiences. Her work has been published in Hevria and Thread Magazine.
Video Production
Simcha has worked in live video production and utilizes video as an emerging tool in a larger communications strategies.
Managment
Simcha has four years of experience managing teams and supporting professionals' growth. Simcha attended the Springboard supervisory training in Washington, D.C. and concentrated in HR and Organizational success while at Cornell University.
In her current position, Simcha re-invented and implemented new recruitment, staffing, and employee development programs to meet the professional needs of a diverse staff. She introduced proactive employee relations and communications programs to resolve previous staff and senior management issues, restoring credibility and employee-centric focus of the organization.
While working in high-tech Simcha supervised a diverse and decentralized team of designers, content writers, and programmers, to the successful completion of new GDPR cyber-security training, completed by 100,000+ employees.
Simcha passionately believes that employee wellness leads to improved performance, and works closely to provide each unique professional with the resources and support they need to thrive.
